If desired, real-time emails can be sent when users receive messages in their Messaging Inbox. This needs to be set by your in-school Ultranet Administrator, and can be carried out in Administration > Module Management > Configure Modules.
Email notifications can be enabled for each of the user types by changing the corresponding status from 'False' to 'True'.
Once this has been set up, individuals can set up their preferences for receiving emails through their dashboard by selecting Account Settings > Preferences.
