To do this, an administrator needs to:

Go into Administration > Bookings config.

Click on the 'Timetables' tab.

Hover over the term you wish to alter and click on the edit icon that appears at the right hand end of the line.

Click in the box containing the start date to change, and use the calendar to select the correct date. Then close the edit window and repeat for the end date.

Then click the edit icon again (that will have changed to a green tick) to save the changes you have made.
